WE ARE CLOSED DEC 20 - JAN 2, 2025. ALL ORDERS PLACED IN THIS TWO WEEK WINDOW WILL SHIP THE WEEK OF JAN 6 - 12.
Orders over $48 ship for free. There's a small scaling shipping fee for orders below $48.
We do our best to ship your order within 1 - 3 business days, although during peak times it may extend to 5 business days. You can expect another 1 - 5 business days for transit. We currently ship nationwide in the USA only.
For holiday orders, please place your orders by Dec. 8th for the West Coast and Dec. 10th for the East Coast to account for any delays during the busy season.
If your order has not shown up in 10 business days, please get in touch. You may also reach out anytime if you'd like to know the status of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have any issues at all with your order, you can initiate your own return on your Account page or contact us.
If your product is damaged or defective, please let us know and we will replace it.
For all other cases, we accept product returns within 14 days if product is unopened and in all its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
