We strive to source the highest quality, ethical ingredients possible. We work with many farms directly and choose our producers based on both their environmental and their social welfare impacts. We encourage you to reuse the tin as it is the best storage method for keeping tea fresh. For our large tins, you can order refill pouches on our website.

However our tins are also recyclable through any standard curbside recycling program. You do not need to peel off the eco-friendly label, it gets removed in the recycling process so just toss it straight in. If you feel guilty about getting rid of tin, know that it is one of the most easily and infinitely recyclable materials.

We do our best to avoid plastic and any landfill-destination materials—things that can't be recycled. (Plastic can often be recycled, but has high environmental costs.)
