RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

We ship primarily with USPS for small orders, but may also ship with FedEx or UPS. We do our best to ship your order within 1 - 3 business days, although during peak season it may exceed that time frame. You can expect another 1 - 5 business days for transit. If your order does not show up within 10 business days, please let us know. You can also contact us at any time to find out the status of your order.

We accept tea returns within 14 days if product is unopened and in all its original packaging and teaware returns within 30 days.
