INGREDIENTS
black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove.
STOVETOP DIRECTIONS
Add 1 teaspoon with 3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes, and strain. Or, steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Add sugar or honey to taste and enjoy.
