This high quality matcha is produced from shade-grown tencha leaves from the Shizuoka, Japan. The harvested leaves are then granite stone ground into a vibrant green powder, yielding a smooth flavor with a hint of sweetness.

Caffeinated. Certified Organic by JAS.

INGREDIENTS: Organic powdered Japanese green tea.

SIZE & PACKAGING: Contains 30 grams, in a recyclable tin with a ring pull-top and an outer lid.

DIRECTIONS: Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per serving. Whisk with hot water (175°F) until frothy.

Orders over $48 ship for free. There's a small scaling shipping fee for orders below $48.

We do our best to ship your order within 1 - 3 business days, although during peak times it may extend to 5 business days. You can expect another 1 - 5 business days for transit. We currently ship nationwide in the USA only.

For holiday orders, please place your orders by Dec. 8th for the West Coast and Dec. 10th for the East Coast to account for any delays during the busy season.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any issues at all with your order, you can initiate your own return or contact us.

If your product is damaged or defective, please let us know and we will replace it.

For all other cases, we accept product returns within 14 days if product is unopened and in all its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

We source our high quality, certified organic tea directly from Japan, the birthplace of matcha. Our current batch of matcha comes from Shizuoka, a tea-growing region, located south of Mt. Fuji on the southern coast. It's known for its fertile volcanic soil, favorable growing conditions, and long history of tea cultivation reaching back to the 1200s.

What Does Ceremonial Grade Mean?

Matcha has a standardized grading scale. Ceremonial just means "the highest quality." Enjoy this organic matcha in hot or iced matcha and matcha lattes. For baking, please use a lower grade matcha!
